Emily Binning
Lecturer
I qualified as a veterinary surgeon in 1996 and started my career in a mixed practice in Wales. After 3 years of chasing cows and sheep around, I moved into small animal practice and made my way down the country to Berkshire in 2002.
I worked in small animal practice, including two years doing emergency work with Vets Now, until 2014 when I joined MYF training.
I completed my PGCE in 2016 and also became an examiner for City and Guilds.
I enjoy teaching a range of subjects, but my passion is for emergency and critical care.
In my free time I enjoy the outdoors and most of my holidays either involve trying to go up mountains or get down them, depending on the season.
