Internal Quality Assurer

I was a late arrival to the Veterinary industry as a career changer and joined a local independent small animal practice in 2009, where I did my veterinary nurse training. Since qualifying, I have spent a few years in both private and charity first opinion practice and made the move to the education and training side in 2017.

I have spent the last 5 years as an Internal Quality Assurer, supporting training practices and students, as they journey through their training. I studied my BSc(Hons) at Plymouth University and gained my technical  assessor IQA award in 2018

With a lifelong love for all things animals and plants, my spare time interests include gardening and trying to be creative! I also have a bouncy collie, two cats and three rabbits to keep me busy!
